Bodywork is a skillful blend, based on thirty years of experience, that may include, but is not limited to, any of the modalities in which I am certified: Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Therapy, Active Release Technique, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release and non force mobilization techniques.

Movement sessions may combine any number of disciplines based on your needs and requirments. These may be but are not limited to the Gyrotonic® Method, Gyrokinesis® Method, Yamuna® Body Rolling, Foot Fitness, Franklin Method®, Pilates and/or Yoga in all of which I hold certifications.
